We are open 365 days all year round, strictly on appointment basis only, from 12pm to 9.30pm last appointment subject to availability of appointment slots.

Services Included:

- Customise feeding time (Please provide us with clear written instructions)
- Daily photos/videos updates
- Daily housekeeping and disinfection
- Daily interaction time
- General cat maintenance such as brushing of coat for long fur cats every 3 days

Extra Services if Required:

- Brushing of coat on top of every 3 days thats included - Additional $2 per brushing

- Brushing of teeth - Additional $5 per brushing

- Feeding of medication/supplements/cleaning of wound - Additional $5 per day

There is an extra fee of $50 for check in after 10pm.

Visitation is unavailable from Friday through Sunday and on Public Holidays.

Customer pays cash via PayNow transfer to our company’s UEN number 202213100W. We also partner with Pace who will provide our customers with installment plans.

An email will also be sent with all the boarding agreement and term & condition for you to sign.

• Bookings may be cancelled up to 5 days before the date of arrival.
• There shall be no refunds on voluntary or involuntary, partial or uncompleted stays at Ryokan Genetique.
• There shall be no refunds on early checkouts regardless of the reason for the early checkout.
• If your cat is found to be unsuitable for boarding prior to or after confirmation of your booking 5 days before the day of physical check-in, we will do a full refund.
• All refunds are in the form of credits for future use at Ryokan Genetique Cat Boarding Hotel.

If your cat is found to be unsuitable for boarding at the point of check in, only 50% of the full payment will be refunded in credits. Thus, we seek your kind cooperation in ensuring that your cat is compliant with our boarding requirements.
