Boarding Admission Requirements and Terms & Conditions

To be admitted, the cat must have a valid vaccination done within a year.

In addition, the cat must be at least 16 weeks old and have received a minimum of 3 vaccinations before admission.

We require that all cats be sterilized and at least four months of age. We kindly request that you provide us with a copy of your cat's sterilization certificate before their boarding stay.

All cats must be safeguarded against external parasites. As such, all cats must be dewormed externally at our premise. Owners can bring their own external deworming medication such as Revolution, Revolution Plus or Advocates. Alternatively, we do provide Revolution/Revolution Plus at $15 per application per cat.

All cats must have a negative FIV/FeLV test result within 12 months prior to their boarding date.

A copy of the test result must be send to us before admission.

Owners are required to complete and sign our Boarding Admission Form to agree to our Boarding Terms & Conditions prior to check-in.

A physical examination will be conducted at check-in to ensure that the boarding cat is physically healthy and not showing signs of infectious diseases, infections, parasites etc. Else, they will be rejected.

To secure your preferred dates and suite, reservations and full payment must be made at least 2 days prior to the intended boarding date.

• Check in starts from 12PM to 9PM daily.

Please note that an appointment must be scheduled before check-in or check-out.

Check out time is at 12pm. Half an hour grace period given. Guests not check out by 1230pm will pay day care rates at $15 per hour. Example: If the guest check out at 130pm, a day care rate of $15 applies. Last appointment to pick up your cat is at 11pm

If the cat fail to meet the boarding requirements, they will not be allowed to check-in unless the issues can be resolved on the spot and only 50% of the payment will be refunded in credits.

Our boarding hotel offers a variety of complimentary services and amenities to our guests, including private play and exercise areas, daily updates, daily interaction time, maintenance grooming, and housekeeping and disinfection services.

If your cat requires medical attention during their stay, our hotel can transport them to the nearest available vet at a service fee of $80 per trip excludes vet cost. We can also administer over-the-counter medication for minor ailments with your consent.

Our Cat Boarding hotel is equipped to accommodate cats for post sterilisation care.

To ensure the safety and comfort of our staff and other cats, cats with known aggression and/or fractious behavior must schedule an in-person assessment at the hotel.

We offer 50% refund (based on the total amount paid) for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to admission in credits. Please note that no-shows are not eligible for a refund. Any modifications to the Cat Hotel Agreement must be made known to us at least 5 days.

In the event that a cat is not collected within 24 hours of the agreed-upon collection date and reasonable attempts have been made to contact the owner, the cat will be considered abandoned automatically. Ryokan Genetique will have the full rights to re-home the cat.
